Customer Service Excellence is a key focus for our Wealth team, and we are seeking an Investor Services Representative to join us.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences through empathetic listening, open questioning, and two-way conversations.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in the Australian financial services industry, with a strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements impacting investors.

They will also possess strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence in customer service.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a high-performing team, navigating complex business processes and providing top-notch support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, anticipating client needs and consistently meeting service standards.
  • Assist in gathering information to respond to complex or technical questions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our Wealth product suite.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance structures, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Liaise effectively with other areas of the business, leveraging expertise and resources to drive results.

  • Knowledge of Australian financial markets, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
