Education Program Assistant

We are seeking an Education Program Assistant to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality early learning programs.

  • This is a casual role that requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the team and centre.
  • You will be responsible for actively engaging with children, supporting their learning and development, and contributing to a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team by actively engaging with children and supporting their learning and development.
  2. Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members.
  3. Become familiar with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  4. Engage with children and families to build strong, positive relationships.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or related field.
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
