Casual Hourly Rate: $33.53 – $41.30 (Level WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

Role Overview

As a Casual Educator, you will support rooms across all age groups, helping maintain continuity of care and learning. You will work with a team that values inclusion, play-based learning, and collaboration. This role offers flexibility and variety for those seeking diverse work experiences.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
  • Experience working with young children in a childcare setting
  • Availability to work between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
Mandatory Requirements
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWCC)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Certificate
