Job Title: Senior Financial Controller
Job Summary:

Pure Consultancy is seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the accounting, tax, payroll, reporting, and controls for all entities within our Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounting, tax, payroll, reporting, and controls for all entities within the Group.
  • Make sound decisions in areas of responsibility, requiring both leadership and hands-on approaches.
  • Develop and implement robust procedures to ensure accurate financial accounting and compliance.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to deliver business insight and strategic development.
  • Built and maintain relationships with fellow staff from a range of cultures.

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
  • 6+ years total relevant work experience.
  • Experience in international tax.
  • Experience in accounting for digital currency and precious metals.
  • Strong attention to detail and task-focused.
  • Experience using Xero software.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Previous experience in systems development and implementation highly regarded.
