Empower Teens and Young Adults
  • Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status with Dietitians Australia
  • Experience (or desire) to work with teens, young adults with eating disorders and/or disordered eating, health issues, weight management issues, and sports performance.
  • Confidence supporting young people and families
  • Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A vibrant personality, and someone who has strong rapport building skills
  • A desire to be part of a team culture and the wider community.

Essential Criteria:
  • Understanding of, and commitment to, the Health at Every Size principles
  • Understanding of, and training in (or willingness to be trained in) eating disorders treatment
  • Professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance

  • Medicare registration (or in process of applying for)
