Customer Service and Logistics Advisor

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Logistics Advisor. As a key member of our logistics support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely receipt, processing, and dispatch of orders across our Australian customer base.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and resolve problems effectively. Proficiency in SAP and strong relationship management skills are also highly desirable.

  • Process customer orders accurately and on time
  • Coordinate freight pickups and changes with retailer 3PLs
  • Manage SAP maintenance, sample orders, credits, and returns
  • Provide IT support for order systems and resolve exceptions
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer service and logistics
