We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aircraft Maintenance Manager to join our team at Cessna Aircraft Company. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for leading our maintenance organization and ensuring the highest possible standard of aircraft maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to our maintenance team, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure that aircraft are maintained in accordance with the relevant and current Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.
- Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Quality and Safety: Work with our Quality and Safety Manager to ensure that aviation quality, safety, and compliance are maintained at the highest level.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in aircraft maintenance, with experience in heavy maintenance and modifications.
- Qualifications: Comprehensive knowledge of CASA Part 145 and CAR30 regulations, as well as experience and qualifications on light and medium Bell, Airbus, and Leonardo models.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as aviation or engineering.
