Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Coffs Harbour or Redcliffe. As a B1.3 Licensed Engineer, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining aircraft in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure maintenance is carried out to the highest standard, complying with company policies and National Aviation Authority (NAA) Regulations.
- Maintain aircraft in accordance with relevant and current Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
- Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure aviation quality, safety, and compliance with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Assign and supervise tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) and monitor their progress and paperwork.
- Focus on safe execution of maintenance activities, maximizing aircraft availability and ensuring a safe workspace.
- Some travel may be required.
