Front-end Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled front-end development specialist to support the technical builds of our conversion rate optimisation program.

This role is focused on enhancing customer experience and supporting business objectives related to online sales conversion and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement optimisation experiments (A/B/MVT).
  • Transform designs into functional user interfaces, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance.
  • Ensure optimal end-to-end testing for all development code introduced into production.
  • Support tactical trading and marketing activities, including front-end development tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in responsive front-end development, HTML5, CSS3, and JS frameworks.
  • A passion for clean, well-structured, and innovative code.
  • Excellent portfolio of development solutions across various devices and browsers.
  • Ability to create rapid prototypes and present solutions to stakeholders effectively.
