Residential Care Placement Manager

This position involves overseeing the day-to-day running of a residential care placement for children and young people.
The Residential Care Placement Manager will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring a nurturing environment, and supporting the emotional growth and development of residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop positive relationships with residents through engaging interactions.
- Assist residents in dealing with trauma-based responses to promote healing and emotional growth.
- Contribute to the overall well-being and cultural development of Aboriginal children.
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Understands and shares our values of providing quality care and support.
- Has relevant qualifications or is willing to undertake relevant study.
- Has experience working with children and families in a similar setting.
- Can work therapeutically with residents' pain-based behaviours.
