Tyro Payments Limited is a pioneering fintech company that's always at the forefront of innovation. As a Digital Transformation Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving impactful change across our strategic, operational, and growth projects.

In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise to lead and collaborate on diverse initiatives; from product launches to system upgrades and process improvements. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth transitions and driving successful outcomes across every project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective change management plans to mitigate risks and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gather project requirements, map current and future processes, and update project briefs.
  • Craft compelling communication materials (emails, presentations, timelines) to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments and create detailed change management plans to drive go/no-go decisions.
  • Drive elements of change programs, lead workshops, and support user acceptance testing to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Measure the success of change initiatives, track key performance indicators, and reinforce change when needed.

About You:

  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in dynamic environments with customer service or sales teams.
  • Exceptional influencing, communication, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and guide teams through change.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess change impacts, anticipate risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Able to thrive in ambiguous environments while prioritizing competing demands and balancing the needs of staff, customers, and the business.
