What You'll Be Doing

The Atturra Advisory Graduate Program serves as a launchpad for a career in consulting, offering invaluable learning experiences from day one.

Built on the principles of our Better Consulting concept, your program will span 12 months and focus on four core principles: Curious, Sustainable, Critical, and Evolving.

You may have the chance to engage in active project work.

Under the guidance and development of our team of General Managers, Principal Consultants, and Directors, you will:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide administrative, research (Qualitative & Quantitative), and business development support to our senior leaders.
  • Develop your professional consulting skills and understanding of our business and service offerings.
  • Contribute to report writing and other deliverables as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of various bids/proposals.
  • Facilitate project brainstorming and planning sessions.
  • Support project kick-offs and set-up activities.
  • Manage a set of dedicated project management tools, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Respond to and anticipate internal stakeholders' needs promptly.
  • Potentially participate in client projects, teams, and the delivery of unique, diverse, and interesting outputs.
  • Support the broader Advisory team in delivering high-quality bid and project outputs.

What will make you successful in this role?

Essential

  • Australian Citizenship – as you must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
  • You are a recent or upcoming University Graduate.
  • Graduates from various academic backgrounds such as Business, PPE, International Relations, Project Management, Commerce, Law, National Security, Economics, Science, and more.
  • Previous work experience – this can be full-time, part-time, or casual.
  • Excellent communication skills – including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Developed organizational and time management skills with the capacity to work proactively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in both independent and team settings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose solutions.
  • A service-oriented mindset, with the ability to engage and build partnerships at all organizational levels and with various stakeholders.
