Role Overview

The role of Corporate Tax Director has been created due to strong growth and expansion. This position encompasses the following key responsibilities:

  • Expert Tax and Financial Advice:
    • Provide guidance on complex tax issues, primarily in the corporate sector.
    • Execute financial management reporting.
    • Ensure tax compliance and advise on transactions.
    • Stay updated on changing tax laws and communicate impacts.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Collaborate with clients to create customized financial solutions.
  • Strategic Planning and Growth:
    • Deliver client solutions while focusing on business growth.
    • Contribute to the expansion of corporate advisory services.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of professionals.
    • Provide guidance and professional development.
Requirements

Key Qualifications and Experience
  • CA/CTA qualifications.
  • 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice with reputable firms specializing in corporate tax.

  • Demonstrate an ability to operate at the level of Director/Partner.
  • Strong ability to win new business.
