Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Yarrawonga Branch. This part-time position offers 5 days of work per week, Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 4:30pm and Friday from 9:00am to 5:15pm.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to customers by prioritizing their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers and ensure seamless interactions at every stage.
  • Assist customers in identifying suitable products and services that meet their requirements.
  • Evaluate customer experiences to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of banking options to help customers make informed decisions.
