This exciting role involves process improvement, AI, and Automation. You'll work closely with data science and automation experts to develop cutting-edge software. Your goal will be to drive technology innovation through delivering relevant, intelligent solutions alongside a capable and supportive team that fosters a strong culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with product owners and process owners to take end-to-end ownership of AI & Automation projects (discovery, analysis, testing, and implementation)
  • Lead the review of business processes, architecture, design, and plan for intelligent solution delivery
  • Identify and extract requirements using business analysis tools such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and observations
  • Evaluate information and data to determine problems/opportunities/solutions
  • Contribute to development estimation and manage performance to ensure target timeframes are achieved
  • Assess risk on new and changed systems/processes and recommend controls where required
  • Build and present recommendations, findings, and options to Senior Management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in facilitating and leading process discovery and modelling activities to quickly assess improvement or automation opportunities
  • Owning and managing multiple initiatives end-to-end
  • Background in delivering automation or technology-enabled business solutions
  • Exposure to Robotic Process Automation and/or Generative AI
  • Experience working with technology departments, including offshore developers
  • Business Analysis qualifications desirable
