About the Role
  • You will be working as an Assistant Director at a 74-place centre with 5 Early learning spaces.
  • The role provides dedicated time to work off the floor, allowing you to focus on strategic planning and leadership.
  • The centre is conveniently located minutes from the CBD and Hospital.
  • Our team speaks multiple languages, including English, French, Shona, Ndebele, Creole, Punjabi, Hindi, Sinhalese, Nyanja, and Nepali.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate the centre team to deliver high-quality educational programs and services.
  2. Collaborate with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement and achieve organisational goals.
  3. Foster strong relationships with families and engage with local community networks.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the centre.
