About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning product strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with broader product goals
  • Defining clear objectives and success metrics, linking customer needs to business objectives
  • Collaborating with leadership to refine product priorities and make data-driven decisions
Customer and Market Insights
  • Maintaining direct engagement with customers to gather qualitative insights and validate assumptions
  • Conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning
  • Leveraging data and analytics to track adoption, usage patterns, and customer pain points
Product Development and Delivery
  • Working with engineering and design teams to define requirements, prioritize user stories, and manage backlogs
  • Ensuring efficient, high-quality execution across all stages of the product lifecycle
  • Participating in key ceremonies to ensure clarity on priorities and unblocking teams when needed
Go-to-Market and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Overseeing impactful launch plans, GTM strategies, and enablement materials for internal teams
  • Ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and aligning stakeholders across sales, operations, and legal teams
  • Actively contributing to internal and external communication, ensuring transparency in product decisions and roadmap updates
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute against a 6-12 month product roadmap
  • Experience in customer discovery and research, identifying key pain points and translating them into product solutions
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with proficiency in metrics analysis (e.g., funnel analysis, cohort tracking)
