The Opportunity

The Role

As Emerging Technology Leader, you will lead a small, senior R&D team responsible for taking emerging technologies from prototype to production pilots that scale across thousands of sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead rapid prototyping, turning ambiguous ideas into working pilots in the market
  • Develop and review code, architect systems, debug alongside engineers, and deploy prototypes into live environments
  • Build systems that remove operational friction and change how millions of people interact with the brands they use every day
Requirements

We need someone with a strong engineering and architecture background, confident coding in modern stacks, and hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, IoT, and distributed systems. You should have a proven record of prototyping and delivering products into production pilots, be able to operate in ambiguity, make quick calls, and iterate with speed.
