About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Security Technician to join our Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the servicing of existing Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and Duress systems. This role will also involve quoting and running small to medium-sized fitouts and upgrades on our maintenance database clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and fault-find security equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on existing sites
  • Install small to medium-sized commercial projects
  • Commission small to medium-sized commercial projects
  • Quote for faults found on maintenance
  • Liaise with subcontractors during project commissioning
  • Assist the commercial projects team with new and existing works
  • Manage customer relationships
Security Systems Expertise

Our security control systems include P2000, C-Cure, Lenel, Concept, Tecom, and Gallagher. CCTV systems include NVRs, DVRs, LAN/WAN devices, and CCTV servers from Aimetis, Victor, Exaqvision, Genetec, and Milestone. Experience or certification in C-Cure, Integrity, or Gallagher is preferred but not required.

Requirements
  • Australian residency and a valid QLD driving license
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong systems, network, and PC-related skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
