Plant Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Maintenance Team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining fixed plant and equipment, including crushers, scrubbers, and pumps.
This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, good organisational and communication skills, and a willingness to improve and add knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in fixed plant maintenance and hold relevant qualifications, such as a Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting.
- Maintain fixed plant and equipment.
- Work closely with the Production Department to ensure safe working practices and meet set goals.
- Assist Boilermakers as required.
- Ensure general housekeeping and liaise with other Maintenance personnel to complete set goals.
Requirements:
- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter.
- 8-10 years experience in fixed plant maintenance.
- Safe work ethics and attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Outgoing with a common sense approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to improve and add knowledge.
- Physically fit.
- Team player.
- C class manual drivers licence.
