Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BPM Solution Architect to join our Business Architecture, Process and Continuous Improvement (BAPCI) team at Rest Super.

About the Role

This is a 6-month fixed term contract with potential to become permanent. As a BPM Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping Rest Super's business processes landscape by designing, configuring, and maintaining our strategic and dynamic Business Process Management (BPM) system.

You will work closely with stakeholders, experts, vendors, and technical teams to align system design with business requirements for a fit-for-purpose BPM solution. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • BPM System Configuration & Administration: Building, configuring, administering, and updating process management artefacts within the BPM system.
  • BPM System Requirements: Continuously managing, prioritising, and aligning BPM system components to business requirements and the BPM system lifecycle.
  • Training and Support: Developing training materials and providing ongoing support to users, addressing any technical or usage-related questions.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Creating and sharing BPM system reports with Business Owners to provide insights and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement or process re-design.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional certification in BPM, Process Mapping, or a related industry standard.
  • Prior experience in administering, configuring, maintaining, and using BPM systems, focusing on their daily operations and long-term objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of BPM frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in comprehending business processes end-to-end, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their intricacies and dependencies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and evaluation skills to deliver innovative BPM system solutions.
What We Offer

As a BPM Solution Architect at Rest Super, you can expect a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
