The RoleThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Business Architecture, Process, and Continuous Improvement (BAPCI) team, focusing on increasing the maturity of Rest's business processes landscape. As an Enterprise BPM Solution Developer, you will design, configure, and maintain all facets of our strategic and dynamic Business Process Management (BPM) system.
This will help set up a solid foundation for Rest's BPM capability, improving step change in business operations and service delivery aligned with our strategic objectives and evolving business environment.
Key Responsibilities- BPM System Configuration & Administration: Develop, configure, administer, and update process management artefacts within the BPM system, including process architecture, user interfaces, datasets, workflows, and seamless integration with existing systems and databases.
- BPM System Requirements: Continuously manage, prioritise, and align BPM system components to meet business requirements and the BPM system lifecycle.
- Training and Support: Create training materials and provide ongoing support to users, addressing technical or usage-related questions.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate and share BPM system reports with Business Owners to provide insights and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement or re-design.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, experts, vendors, and technical teams to align system design with business requirements for a fit-for-purpose BPM solution.
- Estimated Salary: AU$95,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
- A minimum of three years' experience in administering, configuring, maintaining, and using BPM systems, focusing on daily operations and long-term objectives.
- In-depth knowledge and application of BPM frameworks and methodologies, reflecting them in BPM systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes end-to-end, ensuring awareness of intricacies and dependencies.
- Experience in modelling approaches such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), data flow diagrams, or SIPOC.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, issues management, and evaluation skills to deliver innovative BPM system solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, consultation, negotiation, and reporting/presentation skills, influencing people at all levels and fostering collaborative relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and prioritise workloads.
