About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our dynamic property team in the South Region. As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 100 sites across Southern UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of properties, ensuring effective property management, lease administration, and collaboration with construction and facilities management teams.
  • Provide expert advice on property-related matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and other property transactions.
  • Ensure financial diligence in managing rents and other liabilities, contributing to cost-saving strategies.
  • Engage in strategic property decisions, working closely with the Head of Estates to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in multi-site property or estate management.
  • RICS qualification (completed or in progress) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in landlord and tenant legislation, with excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong communicator, eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving license for site visits.
