Coordinating Delivery Networks

The role of Logistics Coordinator involves ensuring the timely delivery of orders to our customer base. This is achieved by facilitating, monitoring and managing the distribution process.
Main Responsibilities:- To engage with customers and deliver a remarkable customer experience.
- To identify system issues in the Transport Management System (TMS) and highlight them to the manager and resolution teams.
- To utilise the TMS to build loads, allocate orders efficiently, and draw down orders daily to minimise transport costs.
- To review the urgency of delivery and use other resources when needed.
You will thrive on resolving customer enquiries and working closely with delivery transport contractors to ensure they provide the level of service expected by our customers.
Requirements:- Good level of SAP knowledge and experience.
- Transport Routing experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle Transport Management (OTM) System.
- Geographical knowledge of NSW.
