About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Fire Safety Officer to join our team at Ivory Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of fire safety protection issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Council's Fire Safety Statement program
  • Investigate and resolve complaints/inquiries on fire safety protection issues
  • Represent Council in legal proceedings
  • Enforce safety and building standards

Requirements

  • Qualifications in building surveying or other related discipline
  • Accreditation as a Building Surveyor - Unrestricted OR Building Surveyor – Restricted (all classes of buildings)
  • Class C Drivers License
  • Working knowledge of the EPA and BCA
