Key Role in Visual Merchandising Strategy

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team and play a key role in optimising product placement across our national network of stores.

The successful candidate will work closely with category, retail, and marketing teams to create efficient, eye-catching visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed visual merchandising plans that visually map out the placement of products on shelves, racks, and displays.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that ensure optimal product placement for maximum sales and customer engagement.
  • Design effective product flow, ensuring store layout maximises the utilisation of available space, balancing aesthetics, stock availability, and ease of access for customers.
  • Maintain brand and merchandising standards by following corporate guidelines, ensuring consistent displays across multiple locations.
  • Consider seasonal adjustments and trends, working collaboratively with category managers and retail managers to understand product priorities.
  • E nsure visual merchandising strategies are executed flawlessly across all locations - from concept to shelf.

About You:

We are looking for a creative and analytical thinker who can demonstrate:

- Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field.

- A high level of creativity, with the natural ability to design visually appealing layouts that enhance the customer experience.

- Passion for visual merchandising, adept in analytical thinking, able to interpret sales data and customer behaviour, and market trends to make informed decisions.

- Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in visual merchandising software (e.g., One Door, JDA, Blue Yonder, Spaceman, or similar).
