Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant at Telstra Store Robina. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets, working collaboratively with the sales team to drive business results.
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering great customer experiences.
- Ability to solve complex problems, think critically, and make sound decisions.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
- Previous experience in a sales environment is highly advantageous.
