About the Role

HammondCare is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Horsley. As a key member of our Residential setting, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and educate managers, SDAs/RNs, and care staff on clinical care delivery aligned with HammondCare's model of care
  • Support and investigate clinical/resident incidents as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • RN qualification and current registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with other staff members
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
  • Experience managing a team of skilled professionals
  • Empathy, compassion, and patience
