Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of electrical power generation and distribution projects, including renewable energy and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
  • Lead design and engineering tasks, including system protection, motor control, and power system studies.
  • Develop detailed specifications and assist with equipment selection and construction planning.
  • Mentor junior engineers, build relationships with clients, and support marketing activities such as proposals and project planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in project meetings and site visits.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of electrical design experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, lighting, and safety systems.
Favorable Qualifications
  • Experience with protection and control design, including setting calculations.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, controls, and field startup/commissioning.
  • Proficiency with electrical design software (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, etc.) and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to develop project schematics and coordinate project activities.
