**Job Title:** Disability Support Worker

**About the Role:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support worker to provide person-centred services to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Support participants with daily activities, community integration, self-care, and empowerment.
  • Provide care for participants with challenging behaviours, collaborating with their care team when necessary.
  • Assist with tasks such as catheter management/handling, supporting individuals with conditions like autism, MS, acquired brain injuries, and intellectual disabilities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Speak clear and concise English.
  • Prior experience in the disability sector is highly valued.

**Working Arrangements:

  • First Aid Certification.
