Job Summary:

The Clinical Research Associate II will be responsible for monitoring clinical trials in Oncology and Hematology within the country. This role will involve conducting monitoring activities, ensuring data quality, and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monitoring visits, including pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits
  • Ensure study milestones are met, including study startup, recruitment, database analysis, and closeout
  • Document monitoring activities and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and BeiGene standards
  • Collaborate with sites and COMs to ensure recruitment plans are executed
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or medicine
  • 1+ year of monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • Australian working rights
