Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, supporting commercial, sales, and related business functions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, working with stakeholders from sales teams through to GMs, to understand their needs, challenge assumptions, and shape requirements into solutions that align with global platforms.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, and a proactive mindset comfortable respectfully challenging assumptions and finding out the why.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business needs into tangible requirements in line with the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop robust business cases in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Partner with global technology teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose.
  • Support solution adoption, change management, and benefits realisation locally.
  • Navigate a matrix structure, balancing global capabilities with local needs.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Background in SAP and/or Salesforce (ideally both).
  • Experience working in a large, complex, or FMCG environment.
  • FMCG domain experience (preferred), Big 4 consulting experience or fast moving, large financial services organisations.
  • Solid business process knowledge with the ability to translate needs into practical solutions.
