Lead Testing Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires championing the advancement of existing practices and processes.
You will be responsible for building comprehensive testing capabilities with a focus on critical programs of work, integrating solutions across multiple systems developed by external teams or provided by external vendors. As a Test Manager, you will oversee all aspects of software and product testing within your organization, including developing and implementing testing strategies, managing testing teams, and ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before release.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a comprehensive Test Strategy and test plans aligned with program objectives
- Building resource plans, including testers, environments, and tools
- Leading and monitoring testing activities in a multi-vendor, multi-platform environment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-fit solutions promptly
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to allocate resources efficiently, develop comprehensive test strategies, and have experience with testing legacy and modern SaaS-based systems. A proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong project management skills are also essential.
