Marketing Professional Opportunity

The Business Marketing team sits within Customer Office and is focused on delivering innovative marketing solutions for distribution. You will contribute to our growth culture by supporting the performance of our platforms and managed accounts through engagement and retention activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tactical marketing strategies to contribute to sales growth, looking at customer journeys to understand opportunities and sales breaks
  • Collaborate with distribution to understand financial targets and develop marketing solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, content and events from launch through to long-term engagement
  • Partner with key teams across Colonial First State to ensure consistent messaging and strong collaboration
  • Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, reporting and post-implementation-review and insight elements

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Experience working with institutional clients, such as banks, insurers, or asset managers
  • Understanding of financial services products, compliance requirements, and customer pain points
  • Strong grasp of digital channels, including SEO, programmatic advertising, and social media
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling marketing messages
