Contaminated Land Specialist

A Site Auditor is required to conduct independent technical reviews and provide strategic guidance on contaminated land projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct statutory and non-statutory auditing of contaminated land sites
- Review and certify reports and validation documents
- Provide advice to clients, regulators, and project teams on compliance, strategy, and site outcomes
- Support and mentor internal consultants and external stakeholders
- Engage in technical leadership, peer review, and cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Accreditation as a QLD or NSW Site Auditor (dual accreditation ideal but not essential)
- Strong track record in complex site assessments and remediation projects
- Excellent understanding of NEPM, state guidelines, and legislative frameworks
- Ability to balance independence with collaboration
- Genuine interest in mentoring and lifting technical capability
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and client engagement skills
