We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Expert to join our team at RSM Australia. As a Senior Risk Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality risk management services to our clients.
Job SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits, controls assurance, and risk management consulting engagements. You will assist in planning, execution, and scheduling staff, as well as identifying findings and issues, and drafting client reports.

- Assist in planning, execution, and scheduling staff.
- Identify findings and issues, and draft client reports.
- Assist in business development activities.
- Coordinate with other divisions.
- Address technical issues and prepare technical position papers.
- Undertake development of team members.
- Assist with management and coordination of the internal audit team.
- Relevant tertiary degree and/or qualification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to utilise resources to optimise engagement outcomes.
- Add value by providing first-class service in response to client demands.
- Assist in managing a client portfolio.
- Knowledge and application of practice development skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
