About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support services in the comfort of their own homes, focusing on creating positive relationships with clients and their families through domestic, social, medication, and personal care.

You will work as a valued member of our team, enjoying security and flexibility in your working hours and days. This role provides an excellent chance to form meaningful and supportive relationships that brighten the lives of our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will require a Certificate III in a care-related field or be willing to pursue one (we can assist with fee-free training opportunities). A current First Aid certificate, Working with Children's Check, and NDIS Check are also essential. Additionally, you will need a driver's licence with an insured vehicle and a genuine commitment to enriching the lives of others.
