Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of products to our customers.

The Role

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a great balance between warehouse and delivery work. You will be responsible for maintaining stock in the warehouse, picking orders, and delivering products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking orders and performing other warehouse functions in a cold store environment
  • Undertaking all duties in a safe, responsible, and courteous manner
  • Practicing safe and correct manual handling
  • Correctly presenting paperwork as per procedures
  • Delivering products to customers as per invoice requirements
  • Obtaining and being responsible for payment from customers

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A current MR/HR Truck licence and Forklift licence
  • Previous warehousing and transport experience (preferably in the food service industry)
  • A strong understanding of OHS and HACCP requirements
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
  • Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
