Inventory Management Professional

The Inventory Management Professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of inventory at our branch, maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as superior time management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, including inventory take, cycle counts and supplier relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce and analyze key inventory reports daily
  • Conduct regular cycle counts
  • Investigate all discrepancies and issues within pre-determined time frames
  • Perform regular inventory adjustments
  • Maintain accurate records of reports, inventory adjustments, cycle count sheets and claims/resolutions
  • Ensure inventory receipting accuracy is maintained
  • Process customer orders and inquiries

What You Will Bring:

  • Relevant experience in inventory management (inventory take, cycle counts, supplier relationships)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior time management skills with ability to work unsupervised
  • Flexible and reliable with capacity to work under pressure
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Valid High Risk Forklift Licence highly desirable
