Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Inventory Control Specialist to oversee the efficient management of stock reserves in our retail store.

This role will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and performance by ensuring accurate inventory levels, well-maintained stockrooms, and effective theft controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and maintain an optimally laid out stockroom to enable staff to access stock effectively and maximise sales on the shop floor.
  • Implement systems to prevent revenue loss due to theft, poor administration, errors, and waste at store level.
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing store rosters to deliver budgeted wage percentages and plan for fluctuations in trade and tasks.
  • Mitigate loss to the company through effective stock management, administration, and theft controls.
  • Process all relevant paperwork for incoming/outgoing stock deliveries.
  • Conduct daily replenishment of floor stock including styling and detailing to uphold high visual merchandising standards.
  • Provide customer service skills to assist and serve customers as needed.
