We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and ensure the success of our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support operational expansion and profitability.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage cash flow, financing, and investor relations to ensure sustainable funding
- Implement cost-control measures and financial oversight across all units
- Lead risk management for commodity price volatility and credit exposure
- Optimize ERP systems and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards
- Provide analytical support for strategic decisions, including investments and M&A opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years as CFO or VP of Finance
- Must have background in agriculture, food processing, or commodity trading
- Proven experience in fundraising, financial planning, and risk management
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and operational finance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
