We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Lorna Jane Indooroopilly store.

As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Lorna Jane Brand, strong leadership skills, and proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI's
  • Recruit, train, develop, and succession plan your team - we love to promote from within
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping
  • Roster your team in line with store trading
