Job Description

As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities as a Busser/Runner will include:

  • Welcoming every guest with a warm smile and setting up the station for the shift.
  • Ensuring silverware and condiments are readily available on the table.
  • Refilling drinks and pre-bussing to ensure seamless service.
  • Running hot food to guests when ready and providing support to Servers as needed.
  • Clearing dishes from tables, resetting the table, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Communicating table readiness and breaking down items in the dish area.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Meet the minimum age requirement and hold authorization to work in the country where you apply.
  • Be able to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
  • Move about the restaurant and remain standing for extended periods, typically 8-12 hours.
  • Be a team player with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
