Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a solid trade background or similar experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting final inspections of homes
  • Coordinating tradespeople to complete required work on time and to quality standards
  • Maintaining compliance with standards and codes
  • Organizing and planning maintenance work
  • Allocating resources to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Performing minor repairs in a hands-on role

As a valued member of the team, you will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid trade background or similar experience
  • Experience with project home software is ideal, but proficiency with computers is essential
  • Strong understanding of NCC, local building codes, tolerances, and standards
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Sydney for site visits and client meetings
  • Excellent communication skills for regular interaction with clients
