Key Responsibilities

  3. Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and effectively to general customer inquiries, providing clear and concise information on rental procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • A valid Australian driver's license is essential for this role.
  • You must be available to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is highly desirable.
