Tesla is seeking an experienced electrical technician to maintain and service utility scale battery sites across the Brisbane metro area.
- Maintain and service medium to high voltage equipment at various utility scale battery storage sites in the region.
- Join a team of technicians supporting battery storage sites around the Brisbane area.
Applicants should be self-motivated team players with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Perform tasks requiring a high level of skill and patience in Medium and High Voltage environments.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools and LV/MV/HV test equipment for diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Develop and follow best practices and procedures for maintenance activities related to Tesla Energy equipment.
- Have flexibility to provide support outside your region and possibly outside the country as required.
- Certified Electrician (Cert III) or higher in Electrical/Electro Technology.
- Minimum 5 years' experience, with at least 3 years' electrical experience within the Utility sector.
- Must have up to date Electrical Registration/License.
- Exposure to HV maintenance highly regarded.
- SCADA operating experience is a plus.
