Project Leadership Opportunity

Deliver strategic projects and drive change initiatives in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the delivery of selected projects and product change initiatives within our Portfolio & Change team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of running projects from start to finish, with excellent communication abilities and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess how changes affect operational teams and define scope and requirements
  • Identify risks and compliance considerations and ensure commercial objectives are met
  • Coordinate delivery by working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in banking or finance
  • Strong risk assessment skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
