Senior Client Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our client partnerships division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
  • Lead efforts to create customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with major accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management or sales, with a strong understanding of the luxury industry and market trends.

You will work closely with our sales management team to devise sales strategies and solutions for our Prestige accounts, contributing to the identification of target accounts and opportunities aligned with our company's objectives.

In this role, you will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing sales metrics and KPIs, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.

You will use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategise the establishment and maintenance of direct client relationships, ensuring personal sales targets are met.
  • Drive revenue generation through Print & Digital channels by identifying market opportunities, developing innovative sales strategies.
  • Fostering strong client relationships to maximise revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience in account management or sales position in publishing or agency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster enduring relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for utilising data to inform strategy and decision-making.
