Senior Living Sector Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee unit performance and report on financial outcomes
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of nutrition, healthy eating, and allergens/dietary requirements
  • Ensure occupational health and safety compliance and minimal environmental impact
  • Maintain food and labor controls in line with onsite parameters
  • Deliver exceptional service standards
  • Work closely with clients to provide hands-on leadership

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role or as a Catering Manager/Hospitality Services Manager
  • Strong knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
  • Attention to detail and effective time management
  • Intermediate computer literacy
