Academic Leader in Child and Adolescent Psychology

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic leader to join our team as a Senior Lecturer or Lecturer in Child and Adolescent Psychology. The successful candidate will provide leadership in teaching and learning across psychology topics, with a particular focus on child and adolescent mental health assessment.
About the Role:
- Deliver inspiring teaching across all levels and modes
- Lead curriculum development and review, creating courses that prepare students to work in diverse and interprofessional contexts
- Apply innovative teaching practices and technologies to enhance the learning experience
About You:
- You have expertise in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Educational or Developmental Psychology
- You are passionate about enhancing curriculum and supporting students to develop graduate-ready skills and knowledge to succeed in the field
- You bring energy, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset, and are committed to excellence and innovation in teaching, supervision, and course coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Completion of a PhD in Psychology, and/or a master's qualification with equivalent professional experience
- Eligibility for registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience in the practice, teaching, and supervision of child and adolescent psychological assessment
